Person Channel Identity Unbind

MANAGE_PEOPLE and an active target membership are required. Preserve at least one active identity; revoke the record without deleting it. Advance the person's binding version, one value shared by every tenant, close existing logins, queue hard invalidation, and append channel_access.revoked in the same transaction. Replay preserves the first result. An unverified address added by an administrator cannot replace the last verified address through bind followed by unbind.
