Prove inbound channel possession

The assistant conversation service attests that an existing WhatsApp binding sent an official direct message after Messaging verified the Meta signature. Requires conversation-gateway or platform-administrator. First proof records inbound_message source, advances the binding version and atomically writes invalidation, one channel_identity.verified event and an audit containing provider_message_id and received_at. A previously verified binding succeeds without changing its source, timestamp, event or audit. Missing bindings and inactive people return NOT_FOUND. request_ref retries return the original result; changed parameters return IDEMPOTENCY_CONFLICT. Inbound proof qualifies for conversation and delegation. Personal recovery and login require self_completed; SETUP delivery accepts either source and upgrades it after personal completion.
