Support Grant Issue

BES staff hold zero authorization in a customer tenant by default. When a customer needs support they raise a request, and this interface issues a time limited, revocable, customer visible grant against it. Nothing here is a silent backdoor login: the whole path is audited and the grant is listed to the customer. Support grants are kept apart from ordinary role assignments because they carry fields ordinary assignments do not, namely request number, approver, reason, scope, expiry and closing time. Snapshot assembly merges the grant with ordinary assignments in one statement, so the authorization path stays single. Expiry is decided when the session snapshot is assembled, not only by a background sweep, because a stalled sweep would silently extend access. The grantee must be active staff; no tenant membership is required or created, because the grant itself admits the staff member to the tenant for the session snapshot; the approver is never the grantee; the role is a preset role of the product; expires_at lies within the configured window; one effective grant per person, tenant, product and project.

Headers
uuid
Optional acting person; permissions are intersected with the calling service and resolved in the target tenant.
Body
string
The caller's own request number, used as the idempotency key and stored on the grant.
uuid
The BES staff member receiving the grant.
uuid
The customer tenant being entered.
uuid
Which product the grant covers; must be the role's product.
uuid
A preset role of the product. Support access is bounded by an ordinary role, not by an elevated one.
string
Why access is needed. Part of the compliance record.
uuid
person_id of the approver. The approver is not the grantee.
date-time
When the grant lapses. Checked at snapshot assembly as well as by the sweep.
string
The customer's support request this grant answers. Absent on the break glass path only.
uuid
Optional. Narrows the grant to one project of the tenant.
boolean
The break glass path: the customer's system is unavailable so no support request could be raised. Permitted, recorded as a separate audit entry support_grant.emergency, and it forces post hoc notification of the customer and a review.
