Support Grant List

Customer visibility of support access. Lists the support grants of one tenant, newest first, optionally narrowed to a product and a status. Operator permissions are resolved in the target tenant, so a tenant-bound operator lists only their own tenant and any other tenant is ACCESS_DENIED; a platform caller may list any tenant. A product-bound caller sees only its product.
