Person Get

Read one person's status, type and channel identities. With tenant_id the person must be an active member of that tenant; anyone else returns PERSON_NOT_FOUND, the same as an unknown person. Without tenant_id only a caller with no tenant boundary may read. A null verified_at marks an address the person has not proven.
