Session Tenant Select

Native user token plus DPoP. Omitted or null project_id means tenant scope; project products require a project UUID. Rechecks active member, tenant, product, project ownership, effective entitlement and assurance. Repeated or concurrent selection of the same sid and target returns the existing active context. Context expiry is an upper bound; every use still validates current token and live sessions. Web selection uses BES CSRF pages and consumes its flow in the same transaction as context creation.
