Abort an asynchronous conversation turn

Path and body turn_ref must match. Stop an active turn; completed/failed returns already_finished without changing it. An unseen turn creates a 24-hour tombstone; submissions during that period return STATE.ABORTED. Repeated abort returns the first result.
