Reserve two distinct active bot numbers for ten minutes. Idempotency-Key is the Assistant-generated group_binding_id. An empty request is the complete parameter set: the same caller/key always returns the first reservation_id, primary, standby and expires_at, including after expiry or release. No new capacity is acquired on replay. Group capability and whatsapp_client permission are required. Only a new key creates another reservation. Multiple pending reservations may use the same pair; only number.confirm identifies their groups.
