Usage List

When each client and service account of one product was last really used. Every subject is listed with every use it can show: token_issued and tenant_selection_started for a client, session_validated and management_called for a service account; last_seen_at is null until that use has happened. A service account is listed under the product of its registered client, so a platform-level account appears under the Control product. Times advance at most once a minute. A caller bound to a product may only ask for that product.
