Token
Exchanges the code from the sign-in for tokens, and a refresh token for new tokens. This console does the code exchange itself when you sign in; the refresh below uses this session's refresh token.

Parameters
grant_type
authorization_code, refresh_token or client_credentials.
code, code_verifier, redirect_uri
For authorization_code: the code, the PKCE verifier and the same redirect URI.
refresh_token
For refresh_token. Works once; the answer carries the next one.
scope
For client_credentials, optional.
